Eidesvik Offshore ASA ("Eidesvik" or the "Company") is pleased to report a
strong Q3 2023 result. The report and the corresponding presentation are

In Q3 2023 Eidesvik delivered an operational and financially solid quarter with
revenue of NOK 204.6 million (190.4 in Q3 2022) and fleet utilisation of 98%.
EBITDA was NOK 105.2 million (91.0). This corresponds to a 7% revenue increase
compared to same quarter last year and an EBITDA margin for the quarter of
51.4%. Operating result (EBIT) was NOK 61.7 million (53.6 adjusted for net
reversal of impairment).
