Historically, such periods of uncertainty have had a negative impact on the industry, and the Company is beginning to see indications that demand and trading conditions are somewhat weaker than anticipated.</div>In light of this, the Board of Directors considers it proactive and prudent to withdraw the previously communicated dividend proposal in order to maintain financial flexibility.
