<pre>(Oslo, Norway, April 14, 2023) Reference is made to the stock exchange notices from DLTx ASA ("DLTx" or the "Company") today regarding a Private Placement of new shares and the decision by the Company's Board of Directors to issue and allocate new shares in connection with the Private Placement. Easy2Connetct AS, a company owned by Thomas Christensen, was allocated 5,000,000 new shares in the Private Placement, and will hold a total of 5,888,334 shares and votes in the Company, corresponding to 5.7% of the shares and votes outstanding, after completion of the Private Placement. Further, Thomas Christensen continues to hold 50,000 shares in the Company. As a result of the Private Placement, the combined shareholding of Easy2Connetct AS and Thomas Christensen, will be 4,8% and the combined shareholding has thus been increased to more than 5% of the Company's outstanding shares and votes. This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Sections 4-2 and 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act. </pre>
