Divio Technologies AB (publ) ("Divio" or the "Company") today announces that the annual report for the financial year January 1 – December 31, 2025 has been published and is available on the Company’s website, www.divio.com.
The annual report summarizes the Company’s financial performance, operations, and strategic progress over the past year.
The auditor’s report includes a remark regarding certain delayed tax payments. During the period April to August 2025, minor delays of two to four days occurred on three occasions with respect to social security contributions in Sweden, related to the Company’s liquidity management between its currency accounts in Sweden and Switzerland. The Company has since taken measures to strengthen its procedures and control processes.
