<div class="abstract">Dignitana&nbsp;(<a href="http://www.dignitana.com">http://www.dignitana.com</a>) has appointed the Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting to be held 25 May 2023.</div>The Nomination Committee will consist of Greg Dingizian, Chairman of the Board and Owner of Agartha AB on closely related company's mandate; Bo Lundgren, appointed by Swedbank Robur AB on closely related company mandate; Sussi Kvart representing Handelsbanken Microcap on closely related company mandate; and Klas Arildsson, Chairman of the Board of Dignitana AB.The nomination committee shall give proposals for chairman at the AGM, election, and remuneration of board members and, where applicable, remuneration for work in the board's committees, election and remuneration of auditors and, where applicable, changes of principles for appointment of nomination committee.Shareholders wishing to make suggestions to the nomination committee may write toinvestorrelations@dignitana.com&nbsp;by1 April 2023 at the latest.The proposals of the nomination committee will be made public before the AGM.
