Company Announcement No. 11/2026: Dataproces published Annual Report for 2025/26
Today, Dataproces Group A/S publishes the annual report for the financial year 2025/26.
In 2025/26, Dataproces delivered a turnover of DKK 47.6 million, corresponding to a growth of 7.1% compared to last year. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) grew by 20.1% to DKK 28.6 million, while EBITDA amounted to DKK 16.3 million and EBIT amounted to DKK 8.1 million.
The company met all financial targets for the financial year.

CEO Kasper Lund Nødgaard says:
"I started as an analyst in Dataproces nine years ago. At that time, I worked with the analyses and specialist knowledge that helped the municipalities create value through data. Today, the same knowledge has been translated into software solutions used by 90 of Denmark's 98 municipalities.
For me, this year's result is a picture of the journey the company has been on over the past many years. We have gradually turned specialist knowledge into software and software for recurring subscription revenue.
During the year, we developed seven new software solutions and invested in new specialist areas. These investments have only contributed to the year's result to a limited extent, but we have previously shown how specialist knowledge can be translated into software and recurring revenue. Therefore, we have great expectations that the investments we make today will contribute to Dataproces' development in the coming years."
Dataproces currently works with 90 of Denmark's 98 municipalities and continued the development of the company's subscription business in 2025/26. The number of active SaaS subscriptions increased from 171 to 206 at the end of the financial year, while ARR grew to DKK 28.6 million.
The investments in 2021/22 and 2022/23 laid the foundation for the growth the company subsequently experienced in 2023/24 and 2024/25. In 2025/26, Dataproces has taken the first steps in the next investment phase through the development of seven new software products, the strengthening of the organization and investments in new specialist areas.
At the end of the financial year, equity amounted to DKK 52.9 million, and the equity ratio was 60.9%.
After the end of the financial year, Dataproces announced a strategic partnership with Lexis & Rother Partnerschaftsgesellschaft as well as the acquisition of selected activities in Germany. The initiative strengthens Dataproces' position in the German market and supports the company's long-term growth ambitions.
