<div class="abstract">Shareholders are entilted to subscribe for ten (10) new shares at a price of SEK 0.005 per share for each warrant</div>Directed Share Issues and Warrants Registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office&nbsp;Custos Maritime &amp; Defence Industries AB (publ) (formerly RightBridge Ventures Group AB (publ)) announces that the directed share issues and the issuance of warrants resolved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 9 September 2025 have now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket).The new warrants have been registered as series TO3 2025/2025, as the Company already has two previous warrant series (TO1 and TO2) in Euroclear. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for ten (10) new shares at a price of SEK 0.005 per share. The Board will extend the subscription period for the exercise of the options to provide all shareholders with sufficient time to exercise them.
