Directed Share Issues and Warrants Registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office
Custos Maritime & Defence Industries AB (publ) (formerly RightBridge Ventures Group AB (publ)) announces that the directed share issues and the issuance of warrants resolved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 9 September 2025 have now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket).
The new warrants have been registered as series TO3 2025/2025, as the Company already has two previous warrant series (TO1 and TO2) in Euroclear. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for ten (10) new shares at a price of SEK 0.005 per share.
The Board will extend the subscription period for the exercise of the options to provide all shareholders with sufficient time to exercise them. The final deadline will be announced later.
Key Dates for Distribution of Warrants (TO3 2025/2025)
15 October 2025: Last day of trading including the right to receive TO3
16 October 2025: First day of trading excluding the right to receive TO3
17 October 2025: Record date for distribution
21 October 2025: TO3 warrants are booked to respective VP accounts/custody accounts
