This announcement corrects and supplements the Company's Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting published on 14 August 2026 (Company Announcement No. 15). The Extraordinary General Meeting is held as previously announced - the date, time and venue are unchanged. The following is corrected and supplemented:

1. Weekday of the meeting. The weekday was incorrectly stated as Thursday. The Extraordinary General Meeting is held on Friday 28 August 2026, 09:00-10:00 (CET), at Guldalderen 13, 2640 Hedehusene. The meeting date, time and venue are otherwise unchanged.
2. Background of the nominated board member (Spotlight rule 4.13). The following supplementary information is provided on Kim Bjørn Pedersen, who is nominated for election to the Board of Directors under agenda item 2:

Kim Bjørn Pedersen is a trained accountant (Danish: revisor) and a Danish owner-manager and private investor. He is the sole owner and Managing Director of IMMOINVEST.DK ApS and Oldtimercenter Trading ApS, and owner and CEO of Den Gamle Radiatorfabrik K/S and Green-Grow K/S. He holds between 5% and 9.99% of the shares and votes in Skjern Bank A/S. He has extensive experience in accounting, property investment and the management of companies.

3. Capital-increase authorization (agenda item 4). It is clarified that (i) the capital increase under the authorization is carried out without pre-emptive rights for the existing shareholders (by directed issue and public offering), as resolved by the general meeting, and (ii) the new shares shall be paid up in full; no partial payment shall take place.

The agenda and the complete proposals are otherwise unchanged and remain available to the shareholders as stated in the original notice.
