Corrected information
The correct number of Class B shares is 6,930,364,588, previously incorrectly stated as 6,929,891,231. The correct total number of votes is 6,931,784,659, previously incorrectly stated as 6,931,311,302. The total number of shares (6,930,837,945) and the number of Class A shares (473,357) were stated correctly and are unchanged.

As a result of, in accordance with previously announced information, the directed issue of 1,711,111,111 Class B shares resolved on 4 June 2026 and the conversion of convertibles resulting in 833,766,222 Class B shares on 22 June 2026, the number of shares and votes in Episurf has changed. Through these changes, the total number of shares in Episurf amounts to 6,930,837,945, of which 473,357 are Class A shares and 6,930,364,588 are Class B shares, and the total number of votes in Episurf amounts to 6,931,784,659.
Background
The correction concerns only the reported breakdown between the share classes and the total number of votes. The underlying issues and the conversion that gave rise to the change are unchanged.
