Composition of Evli Plc’s Shareholders’ Nomination Board
The four largest shareholders of Evli Plc have appointed members to the Shareholders’ Nomination Board (“Nomination Board”). The appointment right rests with the shareholders that hold the largest share of votes conferred by all shares in the Company pursuant to the shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the last business day of August preceding the annual general meeting.
The following members have been appointed to Evli Plc’s Nomination Board:
Henrik Andersin has been elected as Chairperson of the Nomination Board.
Evli Plc's Nomination Board is responsible for drafting and presenting proposals covering the remuneration and number of members of the Board of Directors and for presenting candidates for members of the Board of Directors to the Annual General Meeting and to an Extraordinary General Meeting where needed. The Annual General Meeting has approved the rules of procedure of the Nomination Board.
The Nomination Board submits its proposals to be made to the Annual General Meeting 2027 to Evli’s Board of Directors by January 31, 2027.
The term of the members of the Nomination Board will end when the new members of the Nomination Board are appointed in 2027.
