Christian Helland, CCO and primary insider of Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA
("Cloudberry"), has on 18 May 2026 sold indirectly, through his closely related
company Amandus Invest AS, 300 000 shares in Cloudberry at a price of NOK 12.95
per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Helland directly and through his close
associate hold 5 758 shares and 5 100 000 warrants in Cloudberry.
