Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) issues notes of EUR 20 million
Cibus has successfully issued a second tranche of senior unsecured green notes in the total amount of EUR 20 million under loan number 108 (with ISIN SE0013362035) under the issuer's MTN programme (the "New Senior Unsecured Green Notes"). Following the issuance of the New Senior Unsecured Green Bonds, the outstanding nominal amount of loan number 108 amounts to EUR 70 million. The New Senior Unsecured Green Notes matures in January 2029 and was issued at a price of 101.228 per cent. of the nominal amount, corresponding a floating interest rate of EURIBOR three months plus 210 bps. Cibus intends to apply for listing of the New Senior Unsecured Green Notes on the sustainable corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
