<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>The composition of Tobii AB (publ)’s Nomination Committee ahead of the 2025 Annual General Meeting has been updated following a change in the company’s ownership structure.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>This means that Tobii’s Nomination Committee comprises the company’s Chairman, Per Norman, and representatives from the following owners, listed by size:</p><ul><li>Mårten Skogö, appointed by Mårten Skogö</li><li>Henrik Eskilsson, appointed by Henrik Eskilsson</li><li>John Elvesjö, appointed by John Elvesjö</li></ul><p>The Nomination Committee’s proposals will be presented in the notice for the AGM 2025 and on the company’s website. The AGM for Tobii AB will be held on 9 May 2025.</p><p>Shareholders are welcome to submit suggestions and proposals to the Nomination Committee by e-mail to valberedning@tobii.com.
