Change in the total number of shares and votes in Maha

As of 30 April 2026, the total number of shares in Maha Capital AB (publ) (“Maha”) amounts to 351,991,889 shares. Each share carries one vote, and the total number of votes in Maha as of 30 April 2026 thus amounts to 351,991,889.

The increase in the number of shares and votes in Maha is attributable to several directed new share issues comprising a total of 173,547,136 shares. For further information regarding the directed share issues, please refer to the press release published on 2 April 2026.
