As of 30 June 2025, the total number of shares in I.A.R. Systems Group AB (the "Company") amounts to 13,368,333, of which 13,060,291 are shares of series B and 308,042 are shares of series C. There are currently no shares issued of series A. As of 30 June 2025, the total number of votes in the Company amounts to 13,368,333.
The change in the number of shares and votes in the Company is a result of the reduction of the share capital by SEK 6,000,000.190288 through the cancellation of 600,000 own shares of series B, as resolved by the Annual General Meeting held on 28 April 2025. With the purpose of restoring the share capital after the reduction of the share capital, the Annual General Meeting simultaneously resolved on a bonus issue to increase the Company’s share capital by SEK 6,000,000.190288 through a transfer of SEK 6,000,000.190288 from the Company’s unrestricted equity. The bonus issue was carried out without the issuance of new shares.
