The number of shares and votes in Vimian Group AB (publ) (“Vimian”) increased during November as a result of the share issue of D shares, E1 2025 shares, E2 2025 shares, and E3 2025 shares within the framework of Vimian’s incentive program LTIP 2025/2028. The number of shares increased by a total of 1,762,823 shares, of which 1,067,263 were D shares, 231,847 were E1 2025 shares, 231,855 were E2 2025 shares, and 231,858 were E3 2025 shares.
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 528,666,200 shares in Vimian. 525,964,554 shares are ordinary shares with one vote per share. 938,823 shares are C shares, 1,067,263 shares are D shares, 231,847 shares are E1 2025 shares, 231,855 shares are E2 2025 shares, and 231,858 shares are E3 2025 shares, each with one-tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in Vimian is 526,234,718.6.
