The number of shares and votes in Gränges AB (publ) (“Gränges”) has increased as a result of the subscription of shares through the exercise of warrants issued as a part of the annual general meeting’s resolution on June 14, 2023, on the implementation of the incentive program LTI 2023.
Through the exercise of the warrants, the number of shares and votes in Gränges has increased by 70,223, from 106,524,205 to 106,594,428, and the share capital has increased by SEK 94,083, from SEK 142,718,490 to SEK 142,812,573 on August 12, 2026.
