According to previously published information, Dedicare AB (publ) has carried out a share issue in kind of 429,610 shares of series B in connection with the acquisition of Hyldgaard & Larsen and Sustina. The issue has resulted in a change in the number of shares and votes.
The total number of shares as of 31 August 2026 amounts to 9,992,252 shares, whereof 2,011,907 shares of series A shares and 7,980,345 shares of series B. The total number of votes amounts to 3,607,976, whereof the shares of series A correspond to 2,011,907 votes and the shares of series B correspond to 1,596,069 votes.
