According to the decision made by the Annual General Meeting on 24.4.2026 Reka Industrial Plc has assigned 13,041 own B shares to the members of the Board of Directors concerning period 1.5.2026-30.4.2027. The shares were assigned as a part of the annual remuneration of the Board of Directors.
Reka Industrial Plc is holding 11,484 own B shares after this assignment.
