<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Tethys Oil AB (publ) (“Tethys Oil”) has, in accordance with the previously announced information, completed a mandatory share redemption procedure whereby every redemption share in Tethys Oil has been redeemed. As a result, the number of shares and votes in Tethys Oil has changed.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>As of 1 June 2023, the total number of shares and votes in Tethys Oil amounted to 66,113,216, of which 33,056,608 were ordinary shares and 33,056,608 were redemption shares.</p><p>The redemption shares were traded up to and including until 9 June 2023 on Nasdaq Stockholm. With a record date of 13 June 2023, the redemption shares were automatically redeemed and SEK 3.00 in cash consideration per redemption share was paid.</p><p>During June 2023, the total number of shares and votes in Tethys Oil decreased from 66,113,216 shares and votes to 33,056,608 shares and votes as a result of the mandatory redemption of redemption shares described above.
