Change in number of shares and votes in Mips

During August 2026, the number of shares and votes in Mips AB ("Mips") has changed due to the exercise of warrants within the framework of the company's warrant plan 2023/2026 which was adopted by the annual general meeting on 10 May 2023. This has resulted in 6,864 new shares and votes in the company. As of 31 August 2026, there are thus in total 26,497,986 shares and the same number of votes in Mips.
