<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>The number of shares and votes in Hexatronic Group AB (publ) changed during July 2025. During the month, the long-term incentive program LTIP 2022 expired and participants were allocated shares, whereby 164,518 C shares were converted into ordinary shares.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>In accordance with the LTIP 2025 long-term incentive program adopted by the 2025 Annual General Meeting, Hexatronic also carried out the new issue and repurchase of 1,130,007 C shares adopted by the Meeting during July.</p><p>As a result of the above changes, which were registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office in July, the total number of shares increased by 1,130,007 Series C shares and the number of votes by 261,067. As of July 31, 2025, which is the last trading day of the month, the total number of outstanding shares in Hexatronic amounts to 209,464,753, of which 205,637,228 are ordinary shares, corresponding to 205,637,228 votes, and 3,827,525 are series C shares, corresponding to 382,752 votes. The share capital amounts to SEK 2,094,647.53.
