Change in LeadDesk Plc’s Management Team

Michael Ramm Østgaard will leave his position as Chief Revenue Officer of LeadDesk Plc ("LeadDesk") and the company. His last day of employment will be 31st of January 2027. The company will communicate separately on how commercial responsibilities will be organized going forward.
Østgaard joined LeadDesk's Group management team as Chief Revenue Officer in 2025 following LeadDesk's acquisition of Zisson, where he had previously served as CEO.
"Michael has made an important contribution to LeadDesk, first through Zisson and subsequently in developing our commercial organization. I want to thank Michael for his contribution to the company and wish him all the best for the future," says LeadDesk CEO Olli Nokso-Koivisto.
