Lohilo Foods operates in the food industry. The company is a producer and distributor of food products such as ice cream, drinks and protein bars. The business is operated throughout the Nordic market via several production and distribution facilities. The customers mainly consist of wholesalers and private players. The company has its headquarters in Växjö.

Q1/24-resultatet, der blev offentliggjort i dag, bekræftede mit forrige indlæg rigtig godt. Aktien bundede stort set på dagen for mit forrige indlæg, og den er siden da steget mere end 2,5 gange, men jeg gætter på, at der stadig er et pænt stykke vej igen, hvis tingene fortsætter med at rette sig op.

Det passer ikke helt. Det er værd at læse den seneste rapport og forventningerne. De forventer en omsætningsvækst på 10 % og en EBITDA-margin på mindst 5 % for i år. Desuden anfører de specifikt i forventningerne, at der ikke længere er behov for at gennemføre en emission i år. Situationen har altså ændret sig til det bedre.

Operationel pengestrøm er negativ, og en emission er på vej. Driften skal gøres lønsom med det samme, ellers eksisterer firmaet snart ikke længere.  Omsætningen faldt også med 25 % i Q4…

Er der stadig nogen, der følger med her?  Selskabet er i hvert fald blevet ret billigt – markedsværdien (market cap) er nu under 3 mio. €, mens omsætningen trods alt er i omegnen af 16 mio. €, og der burde være et positivt EBITDA for i år. Ifølge den seneste meddelelse er der heller ikke længere behov for genfinansiering. Man skulle tro, at der begynder at være en form for interessant asymmetrisk risiko her – mulighed for en “bagger”?

Lohilos Dämn Good-is er med i IS’ ”sundhedsis”-sammenligning: IS’ is-sammenligning Blandt de is, der var med i sammenligningen, er proteinindholdet i Lohilo-isen det højeste, men selvsamme is fik kritik for mangel på smag.
