I 2015 blev der tilføjet en anden platform med Boozlet.com, som fungerer som Boozt’s outlet, hvilket giver virksomheden mulighed for at anvende denne kanal til udsalgsvarer, og produkter der ikke sælger godt i den pågældende sæson. Booztlet.com kan også overtage større lagre fra forskellige tøjproducenter og samarbejdspartnere.	

Boozt er en del af large cap-indeksene i både Stockholm og København.

Signe Terp skrev tidligere i morges på EI, at tøjforretningen Boozt taber 4,7 pct. i børsåbningen og rammer kurs 75,8 kr. Hertil at det sker efter, at Boozt tidligere på ugen opjusterede deres forventninger til året på baggrund af et godt salg på black friday. Den er nu et par timer efter vendt, hvor den indtilvidere handles i +0.18% på kurs 77.51 kr.

<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>The Board of Directors of Boozt AB ("Boozt") has resolved to execute a transfer of 430,028 ordinary shares to the participants in LTI 2021 in accordance with the resolution at the Annual General Meeting in 2021.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>In accordance with the terms and conditions of LTI 2021 resolved at the Annual General Meeting in 2021, the Board of Directors of Boozt has resolved to allot and execute transfers of 430,028 so called performance shares (ordinary shares) to participants in LTI 2021, where 55,125 ordinary shares were allotted to Boozt’s CEO, 185,127 ordinary shares to other group management and 189,776 ordinary shares to key employees. In total, 33 participants have been allotted ordinary shares in LTI 2021.</p><p>The total number of shares in Boozt at the time of this press release amounts to 68,289,488, of which 66,544,621 are ordinary shares with one vote per share and 1,744,867 are series C shares with 1/10 vote per share.
