<div class="abstract"><p>Oslo, 31 May 2023: Funds managed by Kite Lake Capital Management (UK) LLP ("Kite Lake"), close associate of Jan Lernout, a member of the board of directors of BlueNord ASA ("BlueNord" or the "Company"), has on 31 May 2023 sold 202,827 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 384.50 per share. Following the transaction, Kite Lake holds a total of 5,016,758 shares in the Company, equivalent to approximately 19.15% of the Company's shares,&nbsp;excluding ownership in outstanding convertible bonds issued by BlueNord.
