Biohit Oyj has on 1 December 2025 received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, according to which the combined holding of shares and voting rights of Biohit Healthcare (Hefei) Co., Ltd in Biohit Oyj has fallen below the 25 percent threshold. The threshold was crossed downward on 28 November 2025. Biohit Healthcare (Hefei) Co., Ltd holds a total of 850,000 series A shares and 2,795,415 series B shares in Biohit Oyj.
