Beyond Frames Entertainment, in partnership with Alpha Nordic AB, an investor advisory firm, secured additional SEK 6.3 million in project funding during the second round. These funds were raised in exchange for a revenue share of Beyond Frames Entertainment's&nbsp;Teenage Mutant Ninja&nbsp;Turtles&nbsp;VR game, which is currently under development. For the SEK 6.3 million, Alpha Nordic will receive 4.725% of Net Revenues, which are defined as revenues after store fees, distributor financing recoupment, marketing costs, and publishing costs. The term for this agreement is 10 years. In total, the partnership with Alpha Nordic AB, has secured SEK 10.2 million in project funding and Alpha Nordic AB will in total receive 7.65% of Net Revenues.
