The divestment has been completed today, 14 October 2022, against a cash consideration and in-line with the previously communicated terms.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The divestment is made to strengthens the group’s focus on profitable growth and acquisitions at the same time as Habia Cable is given the right conditions for growth. In-line with what has been communicated previously, Habia Cable is valued to approximately SEK 910 million on a cash and debt free basis and generates a capital gain of approximately SEK 340<strong> </strong>million.
