The duration of the buyback program: 18 August 2025 to 30 April 2026, or until the maximum number of shares has been repurchased. Size of the buyback program: Up to 800,000 shares From 14 October 2025 until 22 October 2025, Atea ASA has purchased a total of 10,000 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 141.63 per share.&nbsp;Following the completion of the above transactions, Atea ASA owns a total of 1,032,740 own shares, corresponding to 0.92% of Atea ASA's share capital.
