Asarina Pharma AB (publ) ("Asarina" or the "Company") announced on 13 September 2024 that the Company has applied for the delisting of its shares from Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm. Nasdaq Stockholm has approved the Company's application for delisting.
The board of Asarina decided on 13 September 2024 to apply for the delisting of the Company's shares from the Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm. According to a decision from Nasdaq Stockholm, Asarina's shares will be delisted from the Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The last day of trading in the Company's shares will be 1 October 2024.
