announces the award of an Arribatec Cloud contract by a leading Norwegian civil
engineering contractor, subject to a final commercial agreement. The contract
has an estimated value of up to NOK 60 million over three years.

Arribatec has entered into final commercial discussions for a three-year
contract with a large Norwegian customer following a competitive tender process.
The contract will cover a wide range of products and services from several of
the Arribatec Group's business areas.

The agreement has an estimated value of up to NOK 60 million over three years,
