<pre>Oslo, 30 April 2025 The annual general meeting of Aquila Holdings ASA (the "Company") will be held on 22 May 2025 at the Company's offices in Askekroken 11, Oslo, Norway at 10:00 CET (Norwegian time). Registration of attendees will begin at 09:30 CET (Norwegian time). The Company encourages shareholders to either vote electronically in advance or submit proxy forms prior to the meeting. Votes cannot be cast by phone during the meeting. Please find attached the calling notice with appendices, including relevant attendance and proxy forms. Advance votes may be registered through the Company's website www.aquilaholdings.no (use ref.nr and pin code included in the notice) or through VPS Investor Services. In VPS Investor Services, select Corporate Actions - General Meeting, click on ISIN. If you are not able to register electronically, you may send the form attached as Appendix B to the notice by e-mail to genf@dnb.no, or by regular mail to DNB Bank ASA, Registrars Department, P.O.Box 1600 Centrum, 0021 Oslo, Norway.
