<div class="abstract"><p>Ayima's board announces that it is unable to release the 2023 Annual Report today as planned due to the Auditor, BDO, being unable to sign-off on the audit report. According to the Auditor, they are unable to complete the audit report as Ayima has been unable to pay the outstanding invoices for the audit service and this outstanding debt therefore compromises the auditor's impartiality.</p></div><p>Ayima Group is experiencing a temporary liquidity crisis and has been unable to pay some of its creditors within their standard payment terms. Ayima expects that a solution to the liquidity issues will soon be found and the report will be completed and submitted within the statutory deadline.</p>
