<pre>Lysaker, 30 October 2023 Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published 30 October 2023 regarding the notice of an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") in AMSC ASA on 20 November 2023, where AMSC's Board of Directors has decided to propose to the EGM a dividend to AMSC's shareholders of USD 0.10 per share of which USD 0.05 per share will be paid in December 2023 and USD 0.05 per share will be paid March 2024.
