<div class="mfn-body"><p>Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (‘SBB’) has today been informed that APG Invest AS (‘APG’), a wholly owned subsidiary of Aker Property Group AS, has entered into an agreement to exchange a total of 125,038,756 B shares for 100,923,623 A shares in SBB with Dragfast AB, Sven-Olof Johansson (Compactor Fastigheter AB) and Arvid Svensson Invest AB.
