AHLSTROM-MUNKSJÖ OYJ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE FEBRUARY 13, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. EET The Board of Directors of Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj has decided to utilize the current authorization given by the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on March 27, 2019 to repurchase own shares. The authorization, to acquire a maximum of 11,500,000 of the company's own shares, is valid until the end of the AGM 2020 to be held on March 25, 2020.The repurchases will start at the earliest on February 18, 2020 and end on March 24, 2020 at the latest. The amount of shares to be acquired shall not exceed 300,000 shares, corresponding to about 0.3 per cent of the total number of shares and votes.The repurchased shares will be used for implementing future share-based incentive programs of the company.
