The company has operations in US and Sweden and net sales of SEK 25 million.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Key Performance is a Dassault Systèmes specialized solution provider operating in North America and Europe, focused on providing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) consultancy, software, training, and certifications to both the public and private sectors. The acquisition strengthens TECHNIA:s digital twin offering and market position as global platinum partner to Dassault Systèmes.</p><p>“<em>This acquisition is a natural development for TECHNIA as we continue to expand our offering within the virtual twin strategy. We believe that Model-Based Systems Engineering will be a core capability for many of our customers.
