16 October 2026: Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting in 3030
DVD AS (the "Company") held on 7 October 2026, at which the general meeting
inter alia resolved to distribute an extraordinary dividend of NOK 20.60 per
share (the "Dividend"), in total approximately NOK 1,926 million, and grant in
aggregate 9,350,831 warrants (the "Warrants"), each giving a right to one new
share, to the members of the Company's board of directors (the "Board") as
follows:
Einar J. Greve (Chairman of the Board): 3,740,333 Warrants
Gunnar Hvammen (Board member): 2,805,249 Warrants
Glen Ole Rødland (Board member): 2,805,249 Warrants
The grant of the Warrants was subject to payment of the Dividend to the
Company's shareholders, which was completed today.
Following the Dividend payment, Mr. Greve, Mr. Hvammen (acting through Solan
Capital AS) and Mr. Rødland (acting through Corona Maritime AS) have today
subscribed for their respective Warrants on the terms resolved by the general
meeting.
