WindowMaster expects to release its interim report for the first half of 2025 on 14 August 2025. The following day, on 15 August 2025 at 13:00 CET, investors will have the opportunity to meet the company’s management, who will provide insights into the financial results, market trends, order intake, expectations for the remainder of 2025, and also answer questions during a live Q&A session.
Ahead of the report, WindowMaster downgraded its 2025 guidance in July. For 2025, WindowMaster now expects revenue in the range of DKK 270–290m (previously DKK 290–310m), and EBITDA in the range of DKK 22–27m (previously DKK 36–41m). This is primarily due to lower order intake, less project execution in H1 2025, delayed projects from geopolitical unrest, and some one-off costs. Looking ahead, WindowMaster expects a stronger second half of 2025 compared to the first half of the year. At the upcoming investor event, management’s comments on the current business environment are expected to be in focus.
WindowMaster is a Danish CleanTech company specializing in natural ventilation solutions for buildings that create a healthy indoor climate while reducing CO2 emissions. Founded in 1990, the company operates a global supply chain, with production facilities in Germany and sales subsidiaries across Europe and the US.
