As Critter already replied, the shares must be paid for by December 22nd at the latest. With the interest payment obligation in effect, this seems to be the longest period from the suspension of trading to the payment of the shares. However, according to basic math, interest has already accrued to €0.507/share by October 14, 2024, and if the payment is not made until December 22nd, it would reach €0.719/share.

The arbitration award was issued on 23.09, it becomes legally binding on 22.11, and the money must be paid within a month, i.e., by 22.12 at the latest, if/when the decision is not appealed. The acquirer can, of course, pay as soon as tomorrow if they want, so the final payment date cannot be known.

I haven’t asked since then, but it hasn’t happened yet. But with prices falling, maybe it’s just better this way

Do you or any other forum members have information on where the process stands and when the money might potentially be arriving?

I inquired a bit regarding the redemption of Efecte and received this response: “I can’t say anything more yet other than that this process is progressing quite quickly. The arbitrator is currently preparing their award in this matter. The arbitral tribunal aims to issue the arbitral award by Monday, September 23, 2024, at the latest. So very soon.” So perhaps progress can be expected soon. Regards, Viljo
