<pre>Oslo, Norway - 9 March 2025 On March 6, 2025, Oslo District Court decided to declare the Company bankrupt upon application by Zwipe. Zwipe AS ("Zwipe" or the "Company"), org.nr 994553607, is admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Stockholm Aktiebolag (the "Exchange") on the trading platform Nasdaq First North Growth Market. According to section 8.2.7 of the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Rulebook, the Exchange may decide to delist an issuer's financial instruments if the issuer has been declared bankrupt.
