With reference to the stock exchange release published on 15 May 2020, in which Wärtsilä disclosed that Tom Johnstone had completed a transaction in which he had acquired 226,000 stock options from Investor AB, the Chair of the Board of Directors Tom Johnstone has notified that he has completed the following transactions under the arrangement, which will result in Tom Johnstone holding 180,000 additional Wärtsilä shares.
