Although the decision is an important step and clears the way for the project’s construction phase, it does not remove the critical challenges related to the company’s balance sheet position, which are currently the biggest obstacle to the realization of the investment. We have raised our estimates for the company’s cost levels in the coming years and slightly postponed the upcoming London yacht hotel investment in our forecasts.
