<pre>Univid ASA ("Univid" or the "Company") has today received a notice of termination of the share exchange agreement dated 6 November 2023 (the "SEA") with certain shareholders of SEEYOU Ltd. ("SEEYOU"). The termination is based on a right for SEEYOU to terminate the agreement if the resolution by the Oslo Stock Exchange to delist the shares of the Company has not been reversed or overturned. As noted in the stock exchange announcement dated 11 December 2023, the Oslo Stock Exchange has maintained its delisting decision and submitted the Company's appeal over the delisting resolution to the Stock Exchange Appeals Committee.
