Trainers' House operates in the education sector. The company offers a wide range of corporate training. The greatest expertise is found in marketing, business management and IT. A large part of the training material is found on proprietary digital platforms. The operations are conducted primarily around the Nordic market, with the headquarters in Oulu.

Here is the financial statements release. I haven’t had time to post on the forum for a long while due to other commitments, but TH has stayed on my watchlist. Last year was actually quite good for both the company’s development and the stock’s performance. Revenue grew slightly and, above all, the company returned to profitability. The share price hovered above two euros for a long time, but following the positive profit warning at the end of the year, the price gained momentum and even broke three euros in the early part of the year, from which it has since pulled back. At the time of writing, the share price is €2.60. Last year, the profit was €0.5M and the guidance for this year is €0–0.5M. Not exactly cause for major celebration. As mentioned above, net cash is €1.5M, which means an EV of approx. €4M. From that, you can calculate EV-based multiples, which suit TH well since the company has operated with a net cash position for a long time. P/E based on last year’s result is 15. In my view, TH is interesting when there is a significant margin of safety “in every direction” and preferably when the business trajectory is upward. I will continue to watch from the sidelines.

Someone is probably trying to get a share exchange going. P/E is probably under ten this year and the dividend will be at least €00.15 per share (EPS already accumulated €0.20 in Q1-Q3)

Hi, After the positive profit warning and results in October, I have noticed that TH’s bid side has occasionally received very large buy orders, especially considering TH’s share turnover. Does anyone have any information or experience about what causes this or what it indicates? The screenshot below is from 19.11.2025 at 17:55

Q1-Q3 EPS was €0.20 I don’t know what this company does on the stock market, but the P/E ratio will probably go well below ten this year.
