Toivo has signed an approximately EUR 17 million turnkey contract with VAV Yhtymä Oy for apartment building project in Aviapolis, Vantaa

Toivo Projektinhallinta Oy (“Toivo”) has signed a turnkey (KVR) construction contract with VAV Yhtymä Oy for the development of a residential apartment project in the Aviapolis district of Vantaa.
The project consists of two apartment buildings featuring approximately 110 rental apartments, along with a parking facility. The total value of the contract is approximately EUR 17 million.
The residential buildings will be constructed in accordance with the criteria of the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. Design work is currently underway, and construction is estimated to begin in the third quarter of 2026.
