Toivo Group Plc ("Toivo") has started an approximately EUR 14 million residential building project in Verkkosaari, Helsinki. The project is being implemented as an own-development RS project.
The Verkkosaarenranta development will consist of 35 owner-occupied apartments. The buildings will be constructed to energy class A and will utilize geothermal heating.

Construction at the site has already begun, and the project is estimated to be completed in early autumn 2027.
