Toivo Group Plc has launched an approximately EUR 9 million owner-occupied housing project in Verkkosaari, Helsinki

Toivo Group Plc ("Toivo") has launched a construction project worth approximately 9 million euros in Verkkosaari, Helsinki. The project is being carried out in cooperation with Toivo's partner Weston Group ("Weston").
The project includes 27 owner-occupied apartments. The building will be a concrete-framed apartment block with an A-class energy rating.

The apartments will be completed and handed over to customers in the autumn of 2027.
