THE MEMBERS OF ROBIT PLC’S SHAREHOLDERS’ NOMINATION BOARD HAVE BEEN APPOINTED

Robit Plc’s four largest registered shareholders (shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd as per September 1^st, 2026) have nominated the following representatives to the Shareholders’ Nomination Board:

• Niina Arkko, Director, Sustainability, Aktia
• Timo Sallinen, Director, Head of Listed Securities, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company
• Harri Sjöholm, Chairman of the Board, Five Alliance
• Jukka Vähäpesola, Head of Equities, Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company

The Nomination Board will choose a chair from among its members at its first meeting.

The Nomination Board prepares and presents proposals for the General Meeting relating to the composition and remuneration of the Board of Directors. In addition, the Nomination Board reviews and adjusts the diversity principles of the Board of Directors, as necessary, and does successor planning of the directors.

The Shareholders’ Nomination Board shall be established until further notice by the Annual General Meeting. The newly appointed Nomination Board submits its proposals to the Board of Directors no later than January 31^st each year before the next Annual General Meeting.
